Can you download songs from a Zune to and Ipod?

So i have an ipod with like 200 songs on it and my limewire broke so i was gunna have my friend with a zune download her music on to my ipod but i dont want her to erase the songs i already have. Can she just add her songs on her zune to my ipod and if so how? please help thanks.

If i buy the $14.95 a month unlimited song downloads from zune, do i get to keep the songs after that month?

I got a Zune and i was going to order the $14.95 a month unlimited song downloads instead of paying $0.99 a song. If i get the $14.95 for a month thing after i download songs, will those songs become un-playable after a month or will i get to keep them?
